Returns & Faulty Goods

If you receive goods from us that have been damaged in transit or in some other way have not reached you in a satisfactory condition, you will be entitled to a full refund or replacement of the returned goods.

If for some other reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return it to us* in its original condition within 14 days of receipt, undamaged, unopened and unused, for a refund. Once received and checked we will refund you the purchase price less any delivery charges incurred by us. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Please ensure you enclose all your details including the reason for return. We would advise you to return your items to us using a 'signed for' service so ensure that if the goods are never received by us you’re able to claim through the courier service.

*Please Note: YOU MUST CONTACT US BEFORE RETURNING ANY ITEM TO ENSURE CORRECT RETURN ADDRESS AND AUTHORISATION CODE. You can fill out the form in the’ Contact Us’ page and we will be in touch within 2 working days (usually much quicker).

If you wish to cancel your order you will receive a full refund as long as the goods have not yet been despatched.

At Meeple People your satisfaction if incredibly important to us and we will do everything we can to ensure that you’re happy with both your meeple cufflinks and the service you receive. In the unlikely event that you’re unhappy with something we’ve done, we urge you to please let us know via the Contact Us section on our website. You will get a response within 2 working days (usually much quicker).
