5 STAR SERVICE
If you receive goods from us that have been damaged in transit or are otherwise unsatisfactory, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement of the returned goods.
If, for any other reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us* in its original condition within 14 days of receipt, undamaged, unopened, and unused, for a refund. Upon receipt and inspection, we will refund you the purchase price less any delivery charges incurred by us. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Please ensure all your details are enclosed, along with the reason for return. We recommend using a 'signed for' service for returns to ensure you can claim through the courier service if necessary.
*Please Note: YOU MUST CONTACT US BEFORE RETURNING ANY ITEM TO ENSURE THE CORRECT RETURN ADDRESS AND AUTHORISATION CODE. Fill out the form on our Contact Us page, and we will respond within 2 working days (usually sooner).
If you wish to cancel your order, a full refund will be issued provided the goods have not yet been dispatched.
